また、過去の文なので訳も過去にしないとダメですよ。
young が若いという意味なのも知っておきましょう。

【中学レベル】

ここで覚えて欲しいのが関係代名詞のthatです。
I would change　が後から a thing　を説明しています。(後置修飾)
また、would　は will　の過去形ですが今回は特に気にせず訳しましょう。　

【高校レベル】
次の文を日本語訳しましょう。

→　　私が彼女をほめたとき、彼女は私を信じないだろう。　　

ここでは単語を compliment を知っているか問うた問題です。
